Balance is a section in the web account (the site lk.surfingvpn.com): the Profile → "Account features" → Balance tab.
What's there:
- Points — credited for people you invite via the referral program (see "Referral program"). You can spend them on your own subscription or withdraw them as money.
- Total spent and Purchases — summary stats for your payments.
- Transaction history — a list of all payments: plan, payment method, date and status (Paid / Processing / Canceled).
There's also a quick link to points on the Referrals page — the "Your points" card → "History".
