  1. Refresh the subscription (refresh icon in the header) — servers may have changed.
  2. Try another server from the list.
  3. Check ping (speedometer) — pick a server without Timeout.
  4. Make sure the subscription is active (not expired).
  5. Restart the app and reconnect.

Still no luck? Message support: tell us your device and which server you pick.
