What is SurfingVPN
SurfingVPN is a VPN service for secure and fast internet access: messengers, websites, email, social networks and any apps without restrictions. To use the service there are three things — don't mix them up: - The Happ app — installed on your device; the VPN runs through it. In Happ you pick a server and turn the connection on. - The web account — the site lk.surfingvpn.com (opens in a browser). Here you manage your subscription: payment, devices, referrals, balance, support. - The Telegram bot @SurfingVpnBot — the same as the web account, but inside Telegram. The "Install" and "Connect" buttons are in the web account and the bot, not in Happ. "Install" installs the Happ app, "Connect" adds a subscription to it. In Happ itself you only pick a server and turn on the VPN.
Installing the Happ app
Happ is the app the VPN runs through. First install it (adding a subscription is a separate step — see "Adding a subscription"). Easiest — the "Install" button in the web account (the site lk.surfingvpn.com, opens in a browser): 1. Open the "Connection" tab (bottom bar on phone, left menu on desktop). 2. Choose your system (iOS / Android / Windows / macOS / Linux / TV). 3. Tap "Install" — the store or download page opens; install the app. Next to it is a "Connect" button — you'll need it later, to add the subscription. For now tap only "Install". On iPhone/iPad, on first launch Happ asks to allow the VPN configuration — tap Allow and confirm with your passcode or Face ID. Or install directly: - iPhone/iPad — App Store, "Happ Proxy Utility" - Android — Google Play, "Happ Proxy Utility" (if Google Play doesn't work — APK from happ.su) - Windows / macOS / Linux — happ.su
Adding a subscription
Once Happ is installed, add your subscription to it once. (If Happ isn't installed yet — install it first, see "Installing the Happ app".) Easiest — the "Connect" button in the web account (the site lk.surfingvpn.com, opens in a browser): 1. Open the "Connection" tab (bottom bar on phone, left menu on desktop). 2. Choose your system and tap "Connect" — the Happ app opens and the subscription is added automatically. 3. In Happ, pick a server and turn on the VPN 🌊 Manually (if "Connect" didn't open Happ): The "Connect" panel in the web account — link and QR 1. On the Home tab, in the "Connect" panel, tap "Copy" (or show the QR code). 2. Open Happ → tap "+" in the top-right of the main screen → add the subscription from the clipboard (paste the link) or by scanning the QR code. Same via the bot: @SurfingVpnBot → 🚀 Подключиться (Connect) → ➕ Добавить подписку (Add subscription). Adding a subscription in the @SurfingVpnBot bot
Your account (web cabinet)
The web account is the site lk.surfingvpn.com (opens in a browser; log in with Telegram or email). It's NOT the Happ app: in the account you manage your subscription, and in Happ you connect to the VPN. The subscription card on the Home tab Bottom bar on phone (and left menu on desktop) — 3 tabs: - Home — the subscription card (plan, status, expiry and traffic), the "Connect" button (link and QR), a "Referrals" row and stats. Subscription management is here too: on the card tap "Manage" → renew or change plan, re-issue the subscription, enter a promo code. - Connection — install the Happ app and add a subscription ("Install" and "Connect" buttons), plus the list of your devices. - Profile — account details, security (email, password, linking Telegram) and the "Account features" block: Balance, Support, Information. The "Information" section (FAQ, server status, rules, legal info, statuses) is in Profile on phone and in the left menu on desktop. The "Profile" tab The same is available in the Telegram bot @SurfingVpnBot. The @SurfingVpnBot menu
