How it works

Your traffic resets automatically and for free every 30 days. The cycle starts from your payment date, not from the first day of the month.

You can see the exact next reset date in the same place as your remaining traffic:

  • in the web cabinet — on the subscription card, right under the traffic bar;
  • in the bot — in the "Subscription" block, the "Traffic renewal" line.

Renewing your subscription does not reset traffic

A common question. Renewal adds days, but it does not reset the traffic counter — the counter follows its own cycle and resets on its own date.

If you consistently need more traffic, switch to a higher plan. If you need it just once, use the early renewal below.

Early renewal (paid)

When about 80% of your traffic is used, an offer to renew it early appears:

  • in the web cabinet — the block under the subscription card;
  • in the bot — the "Renew traffic" button in the main menu.

You also get a notification in the bot. We warn you in advance rather than when you hit zero: once traffic runs out the VPN stops, and with it your access to Telegram — so buying a renewal would no longer be possible. Don't postpone it if you see the warning.

You can pay from your balance (applied instantly) or by card (traffic is renewed automatically once the payment is confirmed — no need to return to the bot).

Before you pay

  • The counter is reset, the remainder is not added. Buying a renewal with 30 GB left on a 150 GB plan gives you 150 GB, not 180.
  • The free reset date does not move. Buy it three days before the period ends and traffic will reset again — for free — three days later. That date is always shown on the confirmation screen.
  • Your subscription period is unchanged. Renewing traffic is not the same as extending a subscription.

Pricing

The price is based on the 30-day price of your plan and grows with each renewal within the same period: the first one costs about 20% more than the monthly price, the second more than the first, and so on.

The counter resets together with the new period: after a free reset, the next purchase costs like the first one again.

The exact amount is always shown on the confirmation screen, before payment.

FAQ

How many times can I renew? As many as you like. But each renewal within the same period costs more than the previous one — if you constantly run out, switching to a higher plan is cheaper.

There is no button but my traffic is almost gone. The button appears at around 80% usage. Unlimited plans never show it.

I was charged but traffic was not renewed. This should not happen: when paying from balance, the charge and the renewal are a single operation — if the renewal fails, no money is taken. If you still hit this, contact support.
