How to connect to the VPN

Once the subscription is added to Happ: open Happ, pick a server from the list on the main screen and tap the big connect button in the centre. Done — your traffic goes through the VPN 🌊 No connection? Refresh the subscription in Happ — the ⟳ icon in the subscription header — or pick another server. You can also re-add the subscription from the web account (lk.surfingvpn.com): the "Connection" tab → "Connect".

How to change location or server

In Happ open your subscription and pick another server from the list — the connection switches to it. Tip: choose the server with the lowest ping and the nearest location for the best speed.

How to check server ping

- Whole subscription: open it and tap the speedometer icon in the header — ping (ms) appears next to each server. - Single server: swipe a server row right and tap the speedometer. - Timeout = the server is currently unavailable, pick another. Best method — Ping via Proxy (Settings -> Ping). Auto-ping on launch: Settings -> Subscriptions -> Ping on Launch.

How to update or re-add a subscription

Refresh the server list: in Happ, tap the ⟳ (circular arrows) icon in the subscription header — the server list updates. If that didn't help — reopen the app. Re-issue the subscription (if it stopped working entirely): on lk.surfingvpn.com → the Home tab → on the subscription card tap "Manage" → "Re-issue subscription". The old link stops working on all devices — after that, add the subscription to Happ again. Add the subscription to Happ again — with the "Connect" button on the "Connection" tab. Or manually: in Happ tap "+" in the top-right → paste the link from the clipboard or scan the QR (get the link and QR on the Home tab, in the "Connect" panel).

Devices — management

The "Connection" tab in the web account (the site lk.surfingvpn.com) — bottom bar on phone, left menu on desktop. Devices in the web account What you can do: - at the top, the "Connect a new device" block with two buttons: "Install" (installs the Happ app) and "Connect" (adds the subscription to Happ); - below — the list of connected devices: how many are connected and the limit ("X of N"); - tap 🗑 next to a device to remove it and free a slot; - the "Clear all" button — reset all devices at once. If the link stopped working — re-issue the subscription: Home → subscription card → "Manage" → "Re-issue subscription". Out of slots — raise the device limit: Home → subscription card → "Manage" → "Renew / change plan". The same in the bot: @SurfingVpnBot → 📱 Устройства (Devices). Devices in the @SurfingVpnBot bot
