Plans and payment

Open @SurfingVpnBot -> 💳 Подписка (Subscription) -> Купить подписку (Buy subscription), choose a plan and duration, and pay. When picking a plan its description is shown: available locations, traffic limit, device limit and payment type. Payment is usually one-time, no auto-charges. Current plans, locations and prices are always in the bot — the plan list keeps growing. After payment access activates automatically; the subscription in Happ updates itself (or tap the refresh icon).

Subscription expired — what to do

If servers stopped connecting, your subscription may have expired. 1. Open @SurfingVpnBot -> 💳 Подписка (Subscription) -> Купить подписку (Buy subscription) and renew. 2. Update the subscription in Happ (refresh icon in the header). Access will be restored after renewal.

Where to find your ID and subscription status

In the @SurfingVpnBot bot the home screen shows your ID and name, and in the 🚀 Подключиться (Connect) section — the Username field (like rs_XXXXXXXX) and the subscription status (active / traffic / expiry). This identifier is useful when contacting support.
