On lk.surfingvpn.com open the Home tab → on the subscription card tap "Manage" → the "Renew / change plan" button. If you don't have a subscription yet — on Home tap "Choose a plan" (or try the free "Trial period" first). Pick a plan and duration and pay. When you pick a plan its description is shown: available locations, traffic limit, device limit and payment type. Payment is usually one-time — no recurring charges. After payment, access is enabled automatically. In Happ refresh the subscription — the ⟳ icon in the subscription header (or reopen the app). Subscription expired — what to do
If servers stopped connecting, your subscription may have expired. 1. On lk.surfingvpn.com → the Home tab. The subscription card shows the "Expired" status and a "Renew" button — or tap "Manage" → "Renew / change plan" (you can also use the bot @SurfingVpnBot → 💳 Подписка). Renew the subscription. 2. In Happ refresh the subscription — the ⟳ icon in the subscription header. After renewal, access is restored.
Where to find your ID and subscription status
The subscription status (active / traffic / expiry) is shown in the web account (the site lk.surfingvpn.com) on the Home tab — on the subscription card. Your account (@username or email) is there too. In the @SurfingVpnBot bot the home screen shows your ID and name. In the 🚀 Подключиться (Connect) section there's the "Username" field (like rs_XXXXXXXX) and the subscription status. This identifier is useful when you contact support.
Surf status: waves, tiers, bonus days and discounts
Surf status rewards you for staying subscribed without interruption. The longer you keep an active subscription, the higher your tier, the more bonus days you get, and the bigger your renewal discount. You can see your status, progress and all tiers in your account on the "Surf status" page. Waves accumulate as long as your subscription isn't interrupted. - A paid subscription (any plan) earns waves. - A free trial does not. - Days granted manually without payment do not. Bonus: +7 days (one-time). Renewal discount: 5%. - True Surfer — from 180 waves. Bonus: +14 days (one-time). Discount: 7%. - Kahuna — from 365 waves. Bonus: +30 days (one-time). Discount: 10%. Your tier upgrades automatically once you reach the required number of waves. Each tier has its own board style on the card. Лестница тиров Bonus days When you reach a tier, you get bonus days — they automatically extend your subscription. - Granted once per account for each tier. Reached Local → got +7 days. If you later lose the tier and reach Local again, your status and discount come back, but the +7 days are not granted again. - Bonus days also turn into waves — gradually, day by day, not all at once. Kahuna's +30 days don't instantly give +30 waves. Discounts — how to get them From Local onwards, your tier gives a permanent renewal discount while the tier is active. - Applied automatically at checkout — nothing to enter. - Works while your tier is active. Lose the tier — lose the discount. - If you have a personal discount (e.g. from support), the larger of the two applies — they don't stack. Example: Kahuna 10% and personal 5% → you pay 10%; personal 15% and Kahuna 10% → 15%. Тарифы со скидкой Grace: 5 days to renew If your subscription ends, you have 5 days to renew without losing your waves and status. Renew within those 5 days and your streak continues. What happens if you don't renew More than 5 days pass — your status, waves and discount reset, and waves start from zero again. - Bonus days already granted stay (they're already in your subscription), but you won't get them again for the same tiers. - Your highest tier is not kept forever — everything resets. Your status is a reward for being active right now. FAQ Why don't I have a status? Surf status counts only a paid subscription. On a trial or a manually granted subscription, waves don't accumulate. Get any paid plan and waves start from day one. Will I get bonus days again if I reach a tier a second time? No, they're one-time per account. On reaching it again, your status and discount return, but not the days. Do bonus days instantly raise my status? No. They become waves gradually, day by day. Does the tier discount stack with my personal discount? No, the larger of the two applies. How long do I have after expiry before I lose my status? 5 days of grace. Is my highest tier kept forever? No. After a break of more than 5 days, everything resets — keep your status with an active subscription. What does the discount apply to? Payments and renewals, while your tier is active (from Local onwards).
