Devices — management
The 📱 Устройства (Devices) button in the bot shows Connected X / limit. - Tap a device to remove it. - Удалить все устройства (Remove all devices) — reset all at once. - Перевыпустить подписку (Reissue subscription) — if the link stopped working: a new one is created (the old one stops working, then add the subscription again). Not enough slots? Increase the device limit — change your plan.
Subscription & paymentPlans and payment
Open @SurfingVpnBot -> 💳 Подписка (Subscription) -> Купить подписку (Buy subscription), choose a plan and duration, and pay. When picking a plan its description is shown: available locations, traffic limit, device limit and payment type. Payment is usually one-time, no auto-charges. Current plans, locations and prices are always in the bot — the plan list keeps growing. After payment access activates automatically; the subscription in Happ updates itself (or tap the refresh icon).

If servers stopped connecting, your subscription may have expired. 1. Open @SurfingVpnBot -> 💳 Подписка (Subscription) -> Купить подписку (Buy subscription) and renew. 2. Update the subscription in Happ (refresh icon in the header). Access will be restored after renewal.

SurfingVPN is a VPN service for secure and fast internet access: messengers, websites, email, social networks and any apps without restrictions. You connect through the Happ app and manage your subscription and payment in the Telegram bot @SurfingVpnBot. Support is available in this chat and in the bot.
Connecting & usingHow to change location or server
In Happ open your subscription and pick another server from the list — the connection switches to it. Tip: choose the server with the lowest ping and the nearest location for the best speed.
Connecting & usingHow to update or re-add a subscription
Update: in the subscription header tap the circular-arrows icon, or just reopen the app — Happ updates the subscription automatically. Re-add (if updating doesn't help): - Via the bot: @SurfingVpnBot -> 🚀 Подключиться (Connect) -> ➕ Добавить подписку (Add subscription). - In Happ: tap the i icon to the left of the subscription -> scroll down -> Add subscription.
