Surf status: waves, tiers, bonus days and discounts
Surf status rewards you for staying subscribed without interruption. The longer you keep an active subscription, the higher your tier, the more bonus days you get, and the bigger your renewal discount. You can see your status, progress and all tiers in your account on the "Surf status" page. Waves β the fuel of your status A wave is one day of a continuous, active, paid subscription. Each day with an active subscription adds one wave. Waves accumulate as long as your subscription isn't interrupted. - A paid subscription (any plan) earns waves. - A free trial does not. - Days granted manually without payment do not. Tiers and what they give - Novice β from 0 waves. Starting tier. - Enthusiast β from 30 waves. Bonus: +3 days (one-time). - Experienced β from 90 waves. Bonus: +7 days (one-time). Renewal discount: 5%. - Master β from 180 waves. Bonus: +14 days (one-time). Discount: 7%. - Legend β from 365 waves. Bonus: +30 days (one-time). Discount: 10%. Your tier upgrades automatically once you reach the required number of waves. Each tier has its own board style on the card. Bonus days When you reach a tier, you get bonus days β they automatically extend your subscription. - Granted once per account for each tier. Reached Experienced β got +7 days. If you later lose the tier and reach Experienced again, your status and discount come back, but the +7 days are not granted again. - Bonus days also turn into waves β gradually, day by day, not all at once. Legend's +30 days don't instantly give +30 waves. Discounts β how to get them From Experienced onwards, your tier gives a permanent renewal discount while the tier is active. - Applied automatically when you pay in your account at lk.surfingvpn.com β nothing to enter. The tier discount doesn't apply in the Telegram bot yet. - Works while your tier is active. Lose the tier β lose the discount. - If you have a personal discount (e.g. from support), the larger of the two applies β they don't stack. Example: Legend 10% and personal 5% β you pay 10%; personal 15% and Legend 10% β 15%. Grace: 5 days to renew If your subscription ends, you have 5 days to renew without losing your waves and status. Renew within those 5 days and your streak continues. What happens if you don't renew More than 5 days pass β your status, waves and discount reset, and waves start from zero again. - Bonus days already granted stay (they're already in your subscription), but you won't get them again for the same tiers. - Your highest tier is not kept forever β everything resets. Your status is a reward for being active right now. FAQ Why don't I have a status? Surf status counts only a paid subscription. On a trial or a manually granted subscription, waves don't accumulate. Get any paid plan and waves start from day one. Will I get bonus days again if I reach a tier a second time? No, they're one-time per account. On reaching it again, your status and discount return, but not the days. Do bonus days instantly raise my status? No. They become waves gradually, day by day. Does the tier discount stack with my personal discount? No, the larger of the two applies. How long do I have after expiry before I lose my status? 5 days of grace. Is my highest tier kept forever? No. After a break of more than 5 days, everything resets β keep your status with an active subscription. What does the discount apply to? Payments and renewals in your account at lk.surfingvpn.com, while your tier is active (from Experienced onwards). It doesn't apply in the Telegram bot yet.
OtherBalance and points
Balance is a section in the web account (the site lk.surfingvpn.com): the Profile β "Account features" β Balance tab. What's there: - Points β credited for people you invite via the referral program (see "Referral program"). You can spend them on your own subscription or withdraw them as money. - Total spent and Purchases β summary stats for your payments. - Transaction history β a list of all payments: plan, payment method, date and status (Paid / Processing / Canceled). There's also a quick link to points on the Referrals page β the "Your points" card β "History".
OtherReferral program β invite friends
The referral program β the "Referrals" section in the web account (the site lk.surfingvpn.com): on the Home tab tap the "Referrals" row. Or the π₯ ΠΡΠΈΠ³Π»Π°ΡΠΈΡΡ (Invite) button in the bot @SurfingVpnBot. Referrals in the web account Invite in the @SurfingVpnBot bot Share your link or QR code and earn points: - 20% points β for the people you invite. - 10% points β for the people invited by your friends. - The reward is credited for the invitee's first purchase. - Points can be exchanged for a subscription or withdrawn as money. Subscription & paymentSubscription expired β what to do
If servers stopped connecting, your subscription may have expired. 1. On lk.surfingvpn.com β the Home tab. The subscription card shows the "Expired" status and a "Renew" button β or tap "Manage" β "Renew / change plan" (you can also use the bot @SurfingVpnBot β π³ ΠΠΎΠ΄ΠΏΠΈΡΠΊΠ°). Renew the subscription. 2. In Happ refresh the subscription β the β³ icon in the subscription header. After renewal, access is restored.
Connecting & usingHow to connect to the VPN
Once the subscription is added to Happ: open Happ, pick a server from the list on the main screen and tap the big connect button in the centre. Done β your traffic goes through the VPN π No connection? Refresh the subscription in Happ β the β³ icon in the subscription header β or pick another server. You can also re-add the subscription from the web account (lk.surfingvpn.com): the "Connection" tab β "Connect".
Getting startedYour account (web cabinet)
The web account is the site lk.surfingvpn.com (opens in a browser; log in with Telegram or email). It's NOT the Happ app: in the account you manage your subscription, and in Happ you connect to the VPN. The subscription card on the Home tab Bottom bar on phone (and left menu on desktop) β 3 tabs: - Home β the subscription card (plan, status, expiry and traffic), the "Connect" button (link and QR), a "Referrals" row and stats. Subscription management is here too: on the card tap "Manage" β renew or change plan, re-issue the subscription, enter a promo code. - Connection β install the Happ app and add a subscription ("Install" and "Connect" buttons), plus the list of your devices. - Profile β account details, security (email, password, linking Telegram) and the "Account features" block: Balance, Support, Information. The "Information" section (FAQ, server status, rules, legal info, statuses) is in Profile on phone and in the left menu on desktop.
