VPN will not connect

1. Refresh the subscription (refresh icon in the header) — servers may have changed. 2. Try another server from the list. 3. Check ping (speedometer) — pick a server without Timeout. 4. Make sure the subscription is active (not expired). 5. Restart the app and reconnect. Still no luck? Message support: tell us your device and which server you pick.

Working slowly

1. Check server ping (speedometer) and pick the nearest one with the lowest value. 2. Change location — try another country. 3. At peak hours some servers get loaded — switching servers helps. If it is slow on all servers — message support with your city and ISP, we will pick the best server.

VPN does not work on this network

If on a specific network (your ISP or mobile carrier filters traffic) the VPN will not come up: 1. Change the server — there are locations with protocols resistant to blocking. 2. Refresh the subscription (refresh icon) — we regularly add bypass servers. 3. To test, try another network (mobile data vs Wi-Fi). Message support with your region — we will suggest a server that is currently stable.
