The subscription status (active / traffic / expiry) is shown in the web account (the site lk.surfingvpn.com) on the Home tab โ on the subscription card. Your account (@username or email) is there too.
In the @SurfingVpnBot bot the home screen shows your ID and name. In the ๐ ะะพะดะบะปััะธัััั (Connect) section there's the "Username" field (like rs_XXXXXXXX) and the subscription status.
This identifier is useful when you contact support.
